Hand-strung by Indigenous women of the Emberá-Chamí Nation in Colombia. The solar diamond medallions in orange, red, and yellow radiate outward in the palette of the sun at full force: fire, warmth, and the light that makes everything visible. The beadwork then travels to Bali, where it is hand-sewn onto the base in small community studios. Every maker is paid fairly.
