Our Refund and/or Returns Policy at a Glance
We offer store credit or exchanges on eligible full-price items; we do not issue cash refunds.
This policy applies to all purchases made online through earthwisdomcollection.com.
If you purchased through one of our retail partners, please return directly to that retailer — we're unable to process those returns on our end.
Sale & Discounted Items
All sale items and orders placed with a discount code are final sale. No exchanges, returns, or store credit. Please review our size charts carefully before completing your purchase.
If you're unsure about sizing, don't hesitate to reach out to our email before ordering (info@earthwisdomcollection.com).
Return Conditions
To be accepted for return, items must meet all of the following:

Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

All original tags still attached and intact

In original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
Returns that don't meet these requirements may be declined or accepted at our discretion. All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What Can (and Can't) Be Returned
Eligible for store credit: full-price items in original condition, returned within 14 days of receipt.
Not eligible for return or exchange:

Items purchased with a discount or promotional code

Items received as an exchange or collaboration

Customised or made-to-order pieces
All of the above are considered final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
EU Customer Rights
If you are located in the European Union, the following applies in addition to our standard policy.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without penalty.
To exercise this right, notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt at info@earthwisdomcollection.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to issue a return.

Refunds for EU customers exercising this right will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Original shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No restocking fee will be applied to returns made under this right.

Items must be returned in reasonable condition. If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and fit, we reserve the right to deduct for any reduction in value.
The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal: customised or made-to-order pieces.
Jewelry Warranty
All of our jewelry is handmade, delicate, and meant to be worn with care. If your jewelry breaks within 30 days of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement. Please reach out with a photo and your order details.
After 30 days, we recommend visiting a trusted local jeweler for repairs. Most clasps, settings, and findings can be fixed quickly and inexpensively close to home.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for items that arrived damaged or incorrect (different from what you ordered).
To request an exchange, email info@earthwisdomcollection.com with a photo or video clearly showing the issue. Our team will review and guide you from there.
How to Start a Return
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Please follow these steps:

Our team will confirm whether it meets our return conditions and provide authorization..

Once approved, send your item(s) to our returns address below using a tracked or registered postal service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service. Parcels remain your responsibility until received by us. Earth Wisdom is not liable for return parcels that are lost in transit.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue an Earth Wisdom store credit — provided all conditions are met. You'll receive this via email and it can be used on any future order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
