Processing Time
Every order is carefully prepared and sent within 10 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — including street address, apartment or suite number, and phone number. If anything is missing, our team will reach out to you before sending.
Estimated Delivery Times
We ship via DHL International Express, with an estimated delivery of 14–22 business days after sending. Actual delivery times can vary depending on your local postal service and any customs processing in your country. We appreciate your patience — beautiful things are worth the wait.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Shipping rates are set by DHL Express and are based on package weight and destination. These rates are outside of our control and subject to change. Below is a guide by region. All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Your bank or payment provider will convert to your local currency at checkout.

Sale and discounted orders do not qualify for complimentary shipping. A shipping fee will always apply to discounted purchases.

Duties & Customs
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties or customs fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. This applies to both retail and wholesale customers.
Unfortunately, we're unable to predict or cover these fees as they vary widely from country to country. For an estimate, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Receiving Your Order
Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, between 8am and 6pm. A signature will be required upon delivery, so please make sure someone is available at the address.
If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a card and hold your parcel at the nearest collection centre for you to pick up.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before you complete checkout. We're unable to redirect shipments once they've been sent. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a re-delivery fee may apply if a second delivery attempt is needed.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, here's what to check first:

Check your tracking link from your shipping confirmation email for the latest status.

Confirm that your delivery address is correct on your order.

Look for any delivery notifications — SMS, email, or a card left by the courier — as your package may be waiting at a local post office or depot.

Ask anyone at your address (family, a neighbour, a doorman) if they accepted the package on your behalf.

Check any safe spots the courier may have used — porches, garages, behind a gate.
Still can't find it? Email us at info@earthwisdomcollection.com with your order number and we'll reply within 24 hours to help track it down.
Please note: if delivery has been confirmed with a signature, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund. In that case, a claim will need to be made directly with the carrier.
Damaged Parcels
We take great care in how we package your order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us at info@earthwisdomcollection.com within 5 business days of receiving it. We'll do our best to make it right.
