2. Our Products
Our garments and accessories are handmade using natural fibers and traditional craft. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and measurement are natural and are part of the character of the work. They are not defects.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the rare event of a pricing error, a product being unavailable, or a problem with payment.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit card, bank transfer, and TWINT. TWINT is available only to customers located in Switzerland who have selected CHF as their currency at checkout.
5. Shipping
Orders ship from our studio in Bali, Indonesia. Delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country, which are not included in the order total.
6. Exchanges, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal
We offer store credit and exchanges on eligible items and do not issue cash refunds. Sale and promotional items are final sale. If you are located in the European Union, additional withdrawal rights apply.

7. Place of Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or any purchase made through this website is the Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.

All content on this website — including text, images, photography, and designs — is the property of Earth Wisdom and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
