Spirit & Story
Hand-strung by Indigenous women of the Emberá-Chamí Nation in Colombia. The teal and warm brown chevron carries earth tones alongside water tones — the palette of the river's edge, where forest meets current and two worlds meet. The beadwork then travels to Bali, where it is hand-sewn onto the base in small community studios. Every maker is paid fairly.
In many First Nation traditions, fringe is rain — life force from heaven to earth. When you wear this, that energy moves with you.
