For example, the Embera Chamí beadwork from Colombia tells stories through patterns and colors, while our Balinese pieces are created with traditional silversmithing methods and blessed in Hindu ceremonies. Many of our pieces are genuinely one-of-a-kind, while others are made in very small batches. Our Bhutanese textiles, for example, are individually woven on traditional backstrap looms, with patterns created from memory rather than written instructions. Each Yemaya Gown features different mola designs from the Kuna People, making no two exactly alike.
