What was always meant to happen finally came to fruition this year. The Earth Wisdom Collection emerged like a newborn child, as we've watched it take its first steps, find its voice, and begin exploring its own potential.

Born in 2024, our collection stands on three powerful pillars:

1. Honor Indigenous artisans and raise awareness of their sacred designs

2. Bring these protective, ancient energies to more people in everyday modern life

3. Share blessings and prayers to be worn beautifully

We have uplifted spirits and empowered women at every turn – from the artisans creating the pieces to the women wearing them. We sought out slow, sustainable production and teamed up with leading fashion designers who aligned with our principles.

Finally, in 2024, Earth Wisdom Collection went from a prayer in our hearts to being worn all across the world.

1. Our Latest Collaboration and International Recognition

We made our mark with an editorial feature in Schön Magazine Switzerland's Impact Edition, featuring fashion trailblazer Karolina Kurkova. This collaboration helped spread our message of sustainable, mindful fashion to an international audience.

2. Our Most Beloved Design: The Spirit Flower Bodysuit

The Spirit Flower Bodysuit stole the show with its versatile, feminine design. The soft, flattering silhouette pairs effortlessly with shorts, skirts, or jeans—accompanying you to dance classes, casual dinners, resort vacations, or wedding celebrations.

3. Our Favorite Transformation Story

"As a lifelong New Yorker used to the color black, sharp lines, and masculine tailoring, I initially thought this vibrant, feminine collection wasn't for me. But once I tried on the Spirit Skirt, I felt lighter and more confident, embracing my femininity. The off-shoulder bodysuit highlighted my favorite features, and I could not stop twirling. We hosted 5 successful pop-up events that brought our collection directly to you! These intimate gatherings allowed us to connect with our community, share our vision, and witness firsthand how our pieces transform those who wear them.

Top 5 Lessons in Launching a Sustainable Fashion Brand

1. Slow Fashion is Real Fashion—And Medicine for the People

Here's a story to illustrate this:

Fabric made from a stinging nettle weave is highly protective, and we're using it in several of our garments, including our Nettle Weave Poncho. However, in Bhutan, only one family still produces nettle fabric. Lhamo, our brilliant head of office in Bhutan, found out they'd given their latest supply away to other family members.

Without hesitation, Lhamo's mother and aunt stepped forward to make new nettle fabric from scratch, a process that takes many months. We're helping to revive a near-extinct textile, and leaning into this "turtle medicine." We have found so much meaning in the slow, intentional pace of creating garments that last forever and carry deep protection.

2. The Collection Truly Uplifts Women

As Lhamo rallies a network of women weavers in Bhutan, we've witnessed a beautiful ripple effect. Women are returning to their looms and reviving the skills passed down to them. Lhamo recently reached out to thank us because her mother and aunt are getting back into weaving again.

The matriarchal feminine memory is reminded of its strength, manifesting wholesomeness back into the future. Through sustainable fashion, we can honor and uplift entire communities.

3. Embrace the Unexpected

As our collection explores its potential, we've discovered beautiful, unexpected harmonies. For one, women have fallen in love with our men's shirts and pants! Plus, our new designs are melting and dancing together, like our new earrings that blend Colombian and Balinese sacred traditions.

We're moved to see this collection showcase cultural dialogue, co-creation and prayer in action—proving that sustainable fashion can transcend traditional boundaries.

4. Bhutanese Weaving Brings Good Energy

Imagine owning something so rare, it might be the only one of its kind in the world. That's the reality of our Bhutanese pieces. The embroidery is the highest form of textile art and so refined that each garment and belt stands as a masterpiece.

These pieces are woven and passed down through generations, with pure intentions, to bring good karma and protection to others. We aren't just making clothes. These are pieces of living history, with spiritual resonance. The magnitude of this truth continues to inspire us.

5. Our Spirit Skirt Carries a Melody

We are hearing from more and more women that they want to dance in their Spirit Skirts, and they want their daughters to join too. It's shifting gears for our community and we're looking forward to offering more dance workshops in 2025 including children.

Plus, our upcoming retreat in Lombok will definitely lean more into sacred dance expression—another way our sustainable fashion connects with ancient traditions of movement and celebration.
